Refund & Returns Policy

Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@geekjacket.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back within the timeframe provided.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, request an exchange via returns@geekjacket.com. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Final sale items

Clearance and items marked Final Sale are non‑returnable. This will be noted on the product page.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support@geekjacket.com immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
